Cincinnati SBE Program

The City of Cincinnati is on a mission to transition local small business enterprises into world-class suppliers.  The City's new SBE Directory designates small businesses as  Advanced Sustainability or SEMS™ Certified if they have third party verification of an implemented sustainability program.  ISBE is currently delivering a series of online courses to help minority and women business owners in the region gain a competitive advantage. Small and diverse businesses that completed the program were recognized at the Midwest Regional Sustainability Summit in 2017.
